School-aged children have the opportunity to develop coordination and agility while learning the fundamentals of Kombatan (Presas Style). Burn off energy through structured exercise and partner and individual drills in a fun and safe environment!
Morning and evening classes for adults are available daily. Classes focus on principles and application of Kombatan (Presas Style) curriculum to develop adaptability, mental and physical resilience along with situational awareness.
The Women's Only program focuses on effective, real-time Street Defense based on Kombatan (Presas Style) fundamentals and develops strength and endurance through technique-based Kickboxing. Come train in a supportive and empowering environment!
