It is a brand new year people and if you are looking for the latest and greatest new diet, you might want to consider the raw diet.  This diet is actually booming in 2010 and for those of you that have absolutely no idea what it is … we are going to explain it in detail for you to let you know if it is not only good for you but if it works.

When it comes to raw fats, they are actually just fats that are not cooked.  Most of the time, if you are not on a raw diet, you will probably consume fats that are cooked, such as oil and meat; that is not what the raw diet is all about.  The raw diet consists of you strictly eating raw food.
